摘要本文通过对不同牌号的铝及铝合金钎焊后的密封性以及其力学性能等方面 进行实验,研究当使用钎料及钎剂不同时,对应铝及铝合金的焊后缝隙宏观及微 观上的差别。首先对钎焊后的不同牌号铝及铝合金进行粗磨、细磨、抛光处理, 对焊缝处进行宏观观察,然后各样品进行弯折等力学性能试验;然后通过扫描电 镜,对样品焊缝处的微观形貌进行观察,最后使用金相显微镜进行焊缝处微观观 察。主要的实验内容与结果如下:83337
(1)对各牌号铝合金的焊后样品进行简单的粗磨、细磨、抛光处理,进行 宏观表面观察,均出现气孔等小缺陷,但铝锌钎料填充效果优于 AlSi12;
(2)通过钳工夹具,对上述焊后样品进行弯折实验,实验表明纯铝钎焊的 强度远高于 6063 铝合金;
(3)对上述焊后样品进行粗磨、细磨、抛光处理,通过扫描电镜对钎焊后 焊缝处进行微观形貌分析观察,得出焊前清洁不到位,会导致钎缝有空洞;钎焊 温度不均会造成钎缝出现裂纹;
(4)对上述焊后样品进行粗磨、细磨、抛光处理,通过金相显微镜对焊缝 进行微观观察,发现使用 AlSi12 钎料钎焊,接头处会有变形。

Abstract In the article, through doing some tests about the seal, mechanical properties, etc。 of the aluminum and aluminium alloy after brazing, study on the differences between welds of aluminum and aluminium alloy microscopically and macroscopically while using different solders。 First, coarse grind, fine grind, polish the sample after brazing。 Then do some mechanical properties by bending the samples。 And micro the morphology by SEM 。 At last, macro observation of the weld and use the microscope to do a microscope microscopic observation on the welds。 Here’s the experimental content and results:
(1)Simply coarse grind, fine grind, polish the samples of different brands of
the aluminum and aluminium alloy after brazing。 Macro surface observation of the samples after brazing。 Both appear small flaws such as pores, etc。 But the filling material of aluminum and zinc is better than AlSi12;
(2)By fitter clamp, do some bending experiments on the samples。 It shows the
strength of aluminum brazing is much higher than the 6063 aluminum alloy。
(3)Micro the morphology of the samples by SEM after coarse grinding, fine grinding, polishing。 We find if Pre-weld cleaning is not in place, it will lead to a cavity solder joints; And uneven brazing temperature will cause solder joints crack
(4)Use microscope to do a microscope microscopic observation on the welds
of samples after coarse grinding, fine grinding and polishing。 It shows that using AlSi12 material to braze will deform the joints。
