摘要本文通过对在不同钎焊温度下钎焊后的不同焊接强度的焊接件的研究分析,找出影 响焊接强度的原因。首先对焊接件进行切割,然后进行金相样品的制备,接着用金相显 微镜进行观察并拍摄金相照片。通过对金相照片的观察分析找出原因。主要实验内容和 结果如下:对钎焊后的样品进行抗拉强度试验,观察不同形状以及不同钎焊温度的样品 的焊缝强度,发现母材之间的间隙和钎焊温度的不同都对焊缝强度有影响。对样品进行 切割,观察切割后的焊缝,可看到有古铜色的钎料料填充在焊缝内。对不同种结构的样 品进行分类,三类样品各取 1070℃和 1075℃两种钎焊温度下得到的试样一份,分别对 其在金相显微镜下观察,可看到三类样品在两种温度下的焊缝存在较大的差异。通过对 金相显微镜下拍摄的焊缝金相照片分析,对不同结构的样品设计合理的钎焊温度以满足 生产要求。83338

Abstract In this article, through the research and analysis of the strength of different braze welding pieces at different brazing temperaturesto find out the reasons that affect brazing strength。 First after cutting the braze welding pieces and then prepare the metallographic sample, next observe and take photomicrographs by microscope。 Through the observation and analysis of photomicrographs to find out the reasons。 The main experimental contents and results are as
follows: Do the experiment of tensile strength in the different sample and then observe the
joint strength of different samples in different brazing temperature, then find both the spacing between the base materials and the brazing temperature can affect the joint strength。 First cut the sample and then observe the joint that after cutting, can find some cinnamon solders are
filled in the joint。 Classify different structure of samples, three kinds of sample each take one in 1070℃ of brazing temperature and 1075℃ of brazing temperature, observe them in microscope respectively and can find they have big difference in the two temperatures。
Through the analysis of photomicrographs taken by microscope, and design the reasonable brazing temperature of different structure to meet the production requirements。
