摘 要马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯在众多领域具有广泛应用,然而传统的熔融接枝方法得到的马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯交联严重,同时接枝率难以提高。针对这一问题,本工作通过向马来酸酐熔融接枝聚乙烯中加入氧化石墨烯,有效地抑制了接枝产物的交联;随后,结合苯乙烯第二单体保持了较高的马来酸酐接枝率,实现了对马来酸酐熔融接枝聚乙烯交联和接枝的有效调控。研究表明,简单研磨氧化石墨烯和马来酸酐后发现两者之间存在氢键作用或能够发生酯化反应,形成的氧化石墨烯/马来酸酐复合物能够淬灭聚乙烯仲碳自由基(PE2·),进而大幅抑制聚乙烯的交联。基于这一发现,本工作向马来酸酐熔融接枝聚乙烯中加入氧化石墨烯,熔融共混中形成的氧化石墨烯/马来酸酐复合物能够淬灭PE2·,大幅抑制了聚乙烯的交联和马来酸酐的接枝;而向苯乙烯-马来酸酐熔融接枝聚乙烯中加入氧化石墨烯,熔融共混中形成的氧化石墨烯/马来酸酐复合物能够淬灭PE2·,大幅抑制聚乙烯的交联,但难以淬灭稳定性和活性更高的聚乙烯仲碳-苯乙烯链段自由基(PE2-St·),再加上马来酸酐和苯乙烯单体容易以交替共聚的形式接枝到PE2-St·上,因此最终制备得到低凝胶含量和较高接枝率的接枝产物。88129

ABSTRACT Maleic anhydride (MAH) grafted polyethylene (PE) was widely used in industry。 However, Maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene by melt grafting are usually crosslinked seriously, and the grafting ratio of MAH onto PE was also relatively low。 In this work, graphene oxide and styrene were introduced into MAH melting grafted PE for the purpose of decreasing degree of crosslinking and increasing grafting ratio respectively。 The effect of graphene oxide on the grafting and degradation of PE has been investigated systematically。 Research results showed that there is hydrogen bonding interaction or esterification reaction between graphene oxide and maleic anhydride after grinding。 Based on this result, graphene oxide was added into MAH melting grafted PE, and graphene oxide/ maleic anhydride compound formed during blending was able to quench the Secondary hydrocarbon radicals (PE2·) rapidly, thus preventing the chain crosslinking of PE significantly。 But the graphene oxide/ maleic anhydride compound could not quench styrene grafted polyethylene secondary carbon free radicals (PE2-St·) due to it’s higher stability and activity。 Subsequently, MAH was grafted with St in the form of alternating copolymerization onto PE2-St· radicals, which resulted in a high MAH grafting ratio level。
