摘要 硬质合金拥有高硬度、高强度的“双高”性能,同时具备耐高温、耐腐蚀的特质。当硬质合金的晶粒尺寸小于 0.5μm 时,它的性能会发生突变,在保持高硬度、高强度的同时也具备优异的断裂韧性和抗压强度。本实验通过对比分析市售国内样品与国外样品的成分组织性能,为实验室样品的研究分析提供给了一定思路,同时通过收集数据,总结碳化钨长大规律。研究表明:国外样品硬度为1087MPa,国内样品硬度为 1745.1MPa。国外样品虽然硬度低,但寿命是国内样品的三倍,是由于国外样品碳化钨均匀细小,而国内样品碳化钨粒径分布呈现双峰,晶粒出现了异常长大,而且尺寸较大;国外样品孔隙率及孔的尺寸也低于国内样品孔隙率,而大的孔隙易引起早期时效,降低性能。通过添加复合抑制剂,实验室样品碳化钨粒径能达到国外水平;使用回归方程能较好地拟合碳化钨长大规律,而且碳化钨长大对时间的变化更加敏感;烧结温度与烧结时间存在交互作用,影响碳化钨长大规律;含Co量越低,对烧结时间和烧结温度的变化越敏感。30105

Title Study on the preparation and structure property of ultrafine cemented carbides
Abstract Carbide has the "double high" performance as the high hardness and the high strength along with high- temperature resistance, corrosion-resistant qualities and it is called the "dental industry" with these excellent performance. Research shows that when the carbide grain size reaches less than 0.5μm, its performance will be mutated with the excellent fracture toughness and compressive strength as well as the high hardness, and high intensity, therefore having a wide range of applications in the field of modern science and technology. The literature shows that when nano-carbide grain size reaches less than 100μm, Carbide has more excellent and distinctive performance, therefore leading researchers national and international dedicated to pursuing the preparation for ultrafine grain cemented carbide with better overall performance. This research focuses on analyzing a sample Chinese and Japanese samples, and two sample prepared already to explore the difference between the samples while the regression mathematical analysis of grain growth is as important as well.
