摘要在本论文中,首先采用溶胶凝胶法以间苯二酚、碳酸钠、水、甲醛为原材料经过水浴锅加热、炭化等工序制备出炭气凝胶,然后再通过浸渍法对其进行负载;利用紫外分光光度计检测了浸渍的炭气凝胶的吸附性能,利用SEM观察样品的形貌和粒径,利用XRD衍射仪对样品的晶型进行分析,利用紫外固体漫发射分析对不同波长范围内光的吸收强度等;结果表明TiO2为锐钛矿晶型,扫描电镜说明了铈、钕双掺杂TiO2/C复合材料的微观表面是有颗粒状物质组成的,铈、钕双掺杂TiO2/C复合材料在紫外光波660nm左右有强吸收峰,TiO2/C-Ce0%-Nd5%这个样品的光催化性能优异,紫外光的降解率最高达到99.65%,可见光降解率达到20.45%,即TiO2/C-Ce0%-Nd5%样品在紫外光的照射下对亚甲基蓝的降解效果显著。因此,铈、钕双掺杂TiO2/C复合材料可以用于废水处理以及相关的环境监测。62131

 Abstract In this paper, firstly using resorcinol, sodium carbonate, water and formaldehyde as raw materials by sol-gel method, after the water bath heating, carbonization process prepared carbon aerogels, and then through the impregnation method to carry on the load; The adsorption properties of the impregnated carbon gas gel were detected by UV spectrophotometer, the morphology and particle size of the samples were observed by SEM, the crystal form of the sample was analyzed by XRD diffraction, the absorption intensity and transmittance of light in different wavelength range are analyzed by ultraviolet solid diffuse emission and so on; The results showed that TiO2 was anatase, Scanning electron microscope shows that the micro surface of Ce and Nd doped TiO2/C composites is composed of granular materials.         Cerium and neodymium doped TiO2/C composites have strong absorption peak at about 660nm in the ultraviolet, The photo-catalytic performance of TiO2/C-Ce0%-Nd5% is excellent. photo-catalytic performance of TiO2/C-Ce0%-Nd5% is excellent, The UV degradation rate was 99.65%, and the visible light degradation rate reached 20.45%. TiO2/C-Ce0%-Nd5% samples under UV irradiation on the degradation of methylene blue effect is significant. Therefore, cerium, neodymium doped TiO2/C composite can be used for wastewater treatment and related environmental monitoring.
