摘要本文对铝合金螺柱焊强度不高、性能不太好的问题，以厚度为20mm 的6061铝板，材料为LY12螺柱为主要研究对象，针对16mm和12mm的螺柱进行铝合金螺柱焊工艺的探索性研究，并提出了一种新型螺柱焊的工艺：感应+拉弧复合热源螺柱焊接 。并且在针对铝及铝合金螺柱焊焊接特性的基础上，选用了一种采用钎剂与气体联合保护形式的拉弧螺柱焊接。按照控制变量法展开了螺柱钎焊的工艺试验研究工作，并进行了接头力学性能和微观组织的检测分析，得到了最佳的焊接工艺参数。68190

Title    High strength aluminum alloy stud induction + drawn arc Hybrid Welding Process Study                            

Abstract

In this paper, aluminum stud welding strength is not high, the performance is not very good question, with a thickness of 20mm 6061 aluminum, the material is the main object of study LY12 stud for 16mm and 12mm aluminum studs for stud welding process exploratory research, and presents a new stud welding process: induction + arc hybrid welding stud welding. And in the stud welding for aluminum and aluminum alloy welding characteristics, based on the selection of an agent using brazing joint protection in the form of a gas arc stud welding.
