摘要蛇形轧制作为一种新兴的轧制方法,使轧板能更容易的咬入轧机,但由于蛇形轧制的轧制工艺参数设置使得轧板在加工过程中容易产品翘曲。本文以AA7050铝板作为研究对象,用Marc有限元分析软件为载体建立了实验模型,针对蛇形轧制中的翘曲问题,分别从压下率,辊速比,轧辊间水平距离和摩擦对其进行了研究和分析。本文得到的主要研究结论如下:(1)在不同的压下率影响下,压下率越大,曲率越大,轧制过程中产生的翘曲也就越大,对实际生产产生不利的影响;(2)辊速比对于轧辊的翘曲的影响最大,随着辊速比的增大,曲率逐渐增大,甚至在同等情况下随着辊速比的变化,翘曲方向也会发生变化。(3)摩擦对于翘曲的影响较为复杂,但在一定范围内还是有律可寻的,在本实验范围内,随着摩擦的增大,翘曲逐渐减小。(4)轧辊水平偏移距离的增大也会导致曲率的增大,轧制后的弯曲量也会增大。71007
