摘要快速硬化水泥基复合材料是具有硬化时间短,早期强度高等特性的新型混凝土。作为一种区别于常规水泥材料的功能性材料,它在很多地方中都扮演着不可或缺的角色,如工程应急抢险和混凝土的3D打印技术。本课题基于现有早强快凝类混凝土的制备技术,使用铝酸盐水泥和硅酸盐水泥,并采用各种外加剂,制备出原材料容易获取、制备工艺简单、成本较低、强度不倒缩、适合3D打印的快硬水泥混凝土。研究不同种类原材料和外加剂对快硬水泥的凝结时间与和易性的影响,和对抗弯抗压强度的影响,并分析其快速硬化的原因和机理。81229

Title Preparation and research of rapid hardening cement composite materials
Abstract Rapid-hardening cement composite material is a kind of new cement concrete, which have a short gel-hardening time and high early strength。 It is not only differ from ordinary cement, but also plays the unique part of many engineering project as a functional material, such as relief efforts in the emergency condition or 3D print of cement concrete。 This research topic base on existing technology about preparation method to manufacture concrete with high early strength and high hardening speed。 The method using portland cement, aluminate cement and various chemical admixtures, manufacture the rapid-hardening cement concrete which is easy to operate, inexpensive price of raw materials, not decreasing in long-term strength。 It can be good used in 3D print of cement concrete。 Otherwise, we survey the different gel-hardening time, workablility, extrudability and mechanic properties of concrete made by different raw materials, and analyze the mechanism of rapid-hardening。
