摘要环氧树脂作为一种新型材料,其优良的使用性能赢得了社会的广泛青睐。半个世 纪以来,基于现有的环氧树脂材料,研发新的、具有更多性能的材料一直是研究的热 门,也是重点。但是,对于环氧树脂的大量应用也带来了一些不可忽略的问题,其中, 最为紧要的就是环保问题了。环氧树脂在自然状态下无法直接使用,可是它本身不溶 于水,使用前必须先用有机溶剂将之溶解。但是,那些有机溶剂挥发出的有毒物质给 环境和健康带来巨大损害。因此,研究如何解决使用环氧树脂带来的环保问题也就成 了当务之急。既然有害物质是有机溶剂带来的,那么,找到其它材料代替有机溶剂来 溶解环氧树脂,尽可能地减少有机溶剂的使用,是最为有效且直接的方法。乳化剂能 够让水代替有机溶剂,使环氧树脂分散在其中形成乳液,既有效又满足环保的要求, 符合人们的期望。但是目前为止,还没有环氧树脂的专用乳化剂。针对环氧树脂的使用引出的环保问题,本课题探究了环氧树脂水性化方法。选择 了同样含有氨基的氨基酸以及聚乙二醇来进行乳化剂的合成与制备,探讨了利用这两 种材料来制备乳化剂过程中的作用及影响。最后对制得的水性环氧树脂乳液进行了分 析测试,总结出利用聚乙二醇 1500 和甘氨酸制出的乳化剂改性环氧树脂所得的乳液稳定性最好,乳液粒径小,离心稳定性好,而使用聚乙二醇 400 的效果最差。81241

Abstract As a new type of material, epoxy resin has been widely used in the society for its excellent performance。 Half a century, based on the existing epoxy resin materials, research and development of new, more properties of materials has been the focus of research。 However, a large number of applications for epoxy resin has also brought some problems that can not be ignored。 The most important issue is environmental protection。 Epoxy resin can not be used directly in the natural state because it does not dissolve in water。 We must use organic solvents to dissolve it first。 However, the toxic substances emitted by the organic solvents have caused great damage to the environment and health。 Therefore, it is urgent to study how to solve the environmental problems caused by the use of epoxy resin。 Since the harmful substances are brought about by organic solvents, it is the most effective and direct method to find other materials instead of organic solvents to dissolve the epoxy resin, and to reduce the use of organic solvents as much as possible。 The emulsifier can make water instead of organic solvent, so that the epoxy resin dispersed in the emulsion, which is effective and meets the requirements of environmental protection, and is in line with the expectations of the people。 But so far, there is no special emulsifier for epoxy resin。
In view of the environmental protection problem of the use of epoxy resin, this paper explores the method of epoxy resin。 The synthesis and preparation of amino acid and polyethylene glycol were selected as the emulsifier, and the effect and influence of these two materials were discussed。 Finally to prepared waterborne epoxy resin emulsion were test and analysis, summed up by polyethylene glycol 1500 and glycine of the emulsifier modified epoxy resin income stability of emulsion was the best, small particle size of the emulsion, good centrifugal stability, while the use of polyethylene glycol 400 effect is the worst。
