摘 要脱酮肟型硅橡胶只对铜有轻微腐蚀性,对其他金属无腐蚀性,硫化过程中释放的 副产物气体少,稳定性良好。因此脱酮肟型硅橡胶是目前市场销量最好的硅橡胶产品 之一。其常用的交联剂为甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷和乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷,为了加速硅 橡胶的固化,需要加入催化剂,如二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡等有机锡类催化剂。 脱酮肟型硅橡胶最常用的补强材料是气相二氧化硅,但由于其价格昂贵,导致脱酮肟 型硅橡胶生产成本高。81504
为了解决脱酮肟型硅橡胶生产成本高的问题,本实验设计采用超细活性碳酸钙作 为补强材料代替气相二氧化硅加入到硅橡胶中,采用控制变量法对比分析脱酮肟型硅 橡胶的物理性能和表干时间,从而分析超细活性碳酸钙能否作为补强材料。此外,并 在硅橡胶的制备还中加入了不同类型的阻燃剂,对比分析阻燃性硅橡胶的阻燃性能, 以及在不同温度下对金属表面的保护性。
实验结果表明,当 50Pa·s 的 107 胶 100 份、超细活性碳酸钙 80 份、甲基三丁酮肟硅烷 10 份和乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷 2 份、KH560 2 份,制备出的脱酮肟型硅橡胶 性能最好。并且有机锡催化剂中辛酸亚锡的催化效果比 DBTDL 的催化效果好。通过 阻燃性能测试可知,随着阻燃剂 ATH 的用量不断增加,硅橡胶的阻燃性越来越好。 同时发现当在硅橡胶中加入阻燃剂填料,硅橡胶可以在 800℃的高温下形成保护层保 护金属表面,从而显著减弱金属在高温下氧化烧蚀的程度。

Abstract Deketoxime RTV-1 silicone rubber, which is only slightly corrosive to brass, is not corrosive to other metals。 It also free from peculiar smell and has storage stability。 So the silicone rubber is one of the best silicone rubber products in the market。 Methyltris (methyl ethyketoxime) silane and vinyltris (methyl ethyketoxome) silane are the main types of kexoximesilanes。 In order to accelerate the vulcanization of silicone rubber, catalyst is required, such as dibuty tin dilaurate and stannous octoate。 The reinforcement material of the silicone rubber which is commonly used is silicon dioxide。 However, it is very expensive which results in the high cost of the production of silicone rubber。
In order to solve the problem of high cost of the production of the silicone rubber, ultrafine active calcium carbonate was used as reinforcing material instead of silicon dioxide。 To be sure whether ultrafine active calcium carbonate can be used as reinforcing material, the physical properties and surface drying time of the silicone rubber were compared and analyzed by using the control variable method。 And by adding proper amount of flame retardant in preparation of silicone rubber, we can comparative analyze flame retardant properties of silicone rubber and protective properties of silicone rubber at different temperatures。
It was found that ketonic oxime type RTV-1 silicone rubber with good properties was prepared when the viscosity of 107 silicone rubber was 50Pa·s, the amount of ultrafine activated calcium carbonate was 80 phr, methyl tributanoximo silane was 10 phr, vinyl tribuanoximo siliane was 2 phr and silane coupling agent KH560 was 2 phr。 As catalyst, stannous octoate is better than dibuty tin dilaurate。 With the increasing amount of flame retardant ATH, the flame retardant property of silicone rubber is getting better and better。 Adding flame retardant filler, silicone rubber can be formed to protect the metal surface of
