摘要：盱眙抗战遗址是盱眙抗战历史的载体，展现了盱眙的抗战文化及盱眙人民的精神。开展盱眙县抗战遗址保护的研究，对推动盱眙的经济文化发展、弘扬爱国主义精神、传承抗战文化有着重要意义。文章介绍了盱眙抗战遗址形成的背景，并通过对盱眙抗战遗址现存状态的分析，发现盱眙抗战遗址还存在着保护意识不强、宣传推广不够、没有法规条例保障、人才短缺等问题。文章通过建立完善的保护机制、加强对抗战遗址的宣传与研究、完善法规条例等具体措施，以达到保护盱眙抗战遗址的目的。85497

Abstract：Anti-Japanese War Sites in Xuyi is the carrier of Xuyi Anti-Japanese War history, showing the Xuyi's Anti-Japanese War Culture and the revolutionary spirit of the people of Xuyi。 It is of significance to carry out the research of protection of Anti-Japanese War Sites in Xuyi for promoting economic and cultural development in Xuyi, advocating patriotism spirits，inheriting Anti-Japanese War’s culture。 This paper introduces the background of the formation of Xuyi Anti-Japanese War Sites。 In addition, based on the analysis of the existing state of the Xuyi Anti-Japanese War Sites, we concluded that there are also some problems, including weak awareness of Anti-Japanese War Sites’ protection, insufficient publicity, without legal protection, shortage of talents and so on。 This article the specific measures to achieve the purpose of protecting the Anti Japanese War sites, such as establishing perfect protection mechanism, strengthening publicity and research, perfecting the laws and regulations。
