摘要:国外不少学者对教育机智进行了深入研究,发表了自己独特的见解,我国学者也十分重视教育机智,并有了一定的研究成果。然而这些研究并没有很好地实现从理论到实践的转变,在实际教学过程中,部分教师还不够重视教育机智,也不会灵活运用教育机智。小学课堂中存在不可控的因素,突发事件时有发生,有的小学教师却不能重视教育机智,不会运用教育机智处理突发状况,使得教学效率和进度受到一定影响,甚至可能会影响学生学习的积极性。因而小学教师需加强对教育机智的重视,逐步培养和发展教育机智,促进自身教学能力的提高。本课题侧重于研究小学教师的教育机智,将从教育机智的理解、小学教师教育机智的实际运用、影响因素、培养策略进行论述。94147

Abstract:Many scholars abroad for educational tact,carried on the thorough research published its own unique insights,Chinese scholars also attaches great importance to educational tact,and had certain research results。However,these studies do not perfectly realize the transition from theory to practice,in the actual teaching process,the part of the teachers can’t attach importance to educational tact,they also can’t apply educational tact flexibly。Uncontrollable factors exist in the primary school classroom,unexpected events occur every now and then,some primary school teachers can’t pay attention to educational tact,can’t use educational tact to deal with the sudden situation, this makes the teaching efficiency and progress affected by a certain,even may affect the enthusiasm of students’ learning。So primary school teachers need to strengthen the attention to the educational tact,gradually cultivate and develop educational tact,promote the improvement of their teaching ability。 This topic focuses on the research of primary school teacher educational tact,will discuss the understanding of educational tact,the practical application of a primary school teacher’s educational tact,influence factors and training strategies。 来自优I尔Q论T文D网WWw.YoueRw.com 加QQ7520~18766
