On the Legal Protection of Consumer Rights in Electronic Commerce
Abstract:In twentieth Century 90 years, the rapid development of electronic commerce,breaks through the limitation of traditional commerce in time and space, but also appeared a variety of damage to the interests of consumers, the current situation of the protection of consumers' rights and interests, posed a serious challenge to the current law on the protection of consumers' rights and interests. To improve consumer protection in e-commerce, is of great significance to the development of electronic commerce. This article through the analysis of the characteristics of domestic and international e-commerce legislation on e-commerce, summarized the status summary of the rights and interests of consumers in e-commerce in China are infringed, put forward some suggestions to perfect the legislation of electronic commerce in China and the industry self-discipline.

一、电子商务的含义和特点
（一）电子商务的含义
1997年11月，在法国巴黎举行了世界电子商务会议，会议对电子商务下了一个比较全面的定义：电子商务是指实现整个商业过程中各阶段交易活动的电子化。
（二）电子商务的特点
1.交易主体虚拟化。网上交易时，并不要求其写出真实名称，当事人双方借助网络完成交易并进行电子支付；没有固定的地址，没有经营场所，任何人都可以成为交易主体。
