摘要电子商务环境下的网络购物早已是不可避免的时代潮流。一方面,它为消费者带来了巨大便利。但另一方面,网络侵权行为也不断曝出,且网上购物具有相对间接性,消费者遭遇问题时不能直接找商家索赔。是以,加强网络消费者权益保护力度迫在眉睫。为了保护网购消费者的合法权益,营造安全、舒心的消费环境,本文分析现阶段网购维权困境,从消费者、经营者和监管者三个方面进行消费者维权障碍分析,并提出对策和建议,以切实保护消费者的权益,促进市场经济的发展。89318
