Research on the Legal Problems of Wage Arrears for Migrant Rural Workers
Abstract: Migrant workers for the construction of the city's economic and social development made a great contribution, but with China's relevant laws and regulations system is not perfect and weak legal awareness of migrant workers themselves, which in the current society and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests of wage arrears for migrant rural workers behavior is very outstanding, one of the migrant workers legal consciousness is not strong, the market management chaos, the judicial way to solve the high cost and so on are the reasons why migrant workers unpaid wages, therefore, if we can through perfecting legislation, standardization of the legal system, the government actively play a leading role and the specific measures to safeguard the legitimate labor rights and interests of migrant workers, it will greatly promote the development of social stability.

拖欠农民工工资法律问题研究——以建筑领域为例研究
前言
农民工工资拖欠行为的发生在社会上一直是屡屡发生，他们的合法权益保障问题也越来越受到社会各界人士的普遍关注，此种行为在建筑领域内更是极为常见的，用工单位得此种行为严重侵害了农民工得权益，严重影响了社会得稳定。因此，我们文护农民工合法权益并使其基本的生活得到保障，促进社会的和谐发展急需解决的问题是如何的杜绝农民工工资拖欠行为。自2005年以来，各级政府及劳动保障部门为了解决拖欠农民工工资的问题，文护广大农民工的合法劳动权益和社会的稳定做出了大量的工作，虽然取得了一定的成效，但拖欠农民工工资得本质问题并没有从根本上彻底的解决，如何解决农民工工资拖欠的问题任重而道远。
