摘要：随着中国经济社会的快速发展，社会公民的需求日益增长、日益多样化，而单一模式的公共服务机构，不完善的公共服务体系，不恰当的公共资源调节分配，导致政府公共服务的质量下降，导致社会公民不满。公民参与是公共服务发展的必然选择。在公共服务领域导入公民参与，不仅有利于最大程度上满足公民的公共需求，同时也能够弥补政府提供公共服务能力的不足，改善机制不健全的缺陷，提高政府的公共服务质量。增加公民参与政府公共服务渠道，是有效提升公共服务的质量，最终使社会健康稳定发展的必选之路。72888

The Research about the Civic Participation in the Quality Improvement of the Public Service of Govenment Base on the Interaction of Supply and Demand 

Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economic and social, the social citizen's demands are growing and increasingly persified, and there are a single mode of public service,imperfect public service system, inappropriate to adjust the allocation of public resources。 Which resulting in a decline in the quality of the government public service and the discontent of social citizens。Citizen participation is the inevitable choice of public services developmen。Importing the citizen participation in public service areas, is not only beneficial to the largest extent, meeting the demand of the citizen's public, at the same time, it can make up for the inadequacy of government public service ability,improveing the mechanism is not sound and improveing the quality of the government's public service。Increasing the way of citizen participate in government public service which is effectively to improve the quality of public service,eventually make society healthy and stable development of the choice of the road
