摘要：本设计的题目是电子交易备案大厦建筑结构设计。本工程位于城市某小区，总建筑面积5457.9m²,建筑层数为7层,结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。本设计包括两个部分：建筑设计和结构设计。建筑设计部分，根据设计任务书的要求，综合考虑场地环境、使用功能、结构造型、施工等方面的问题，对建筑物内部空间的使用功能进行了合理的安排。结构设计部分，通过电算和手算掌握框架结构，了解和学习框架结构的主要构造要求，结构布置的原则，荷载的计算和荷载组合方法，以及结构在竖向荷载和水平荷载下内力分析方法，上部结构和地基基础的设计方法。20428

1 建筑方案设计
1.1 设计依据

1.2 设计要求
本工程建筑耐久等级为二级，耐久年限为50年，抗震设防烈度为7度。总体布局和建筑规划服从于城市整体风格，建筑外形简洁朴实，内部功能要求满足电子交易备案应有的配套设施。
1.3建筑设计
电子交易备案大厦位于城市某小区，为七层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，总建筑面积5457.9m²，建筑高度33m（从室外地坪到屋顶）。
1.3.1平面设计：
该建筑其基地选在城市某小区，保证环境安静、场地干燥、排水流畅。在布局上，采用大进深、大开间、开放式的方案，建筑采取正南北布置，整个建筑平面呈T字型，平面图呈现一本带有资料夹的档案形状。
各层使用功能布置如下：
首层：设楼梯、电梯间、办事大厅、保安室、打印室。
二层：提供楼梯、电梯间、电子交易备案的房间、储藏室、接待处。
三层：设置楼梯、电梯间、电子交易产品展览厅、储藏室、登记处。
四层：设置楼梯、电梯间、资料室。
五层：设置楼梯、电梯间、洽谈室、查询室。
优尔层：设置楼梯、电梯间、电子交易整理的房间、休息室。
七层：电梯、楼梯间、办公室。
1.3.2 柱网布置
该电子交易备案大厦主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，柱网尺寸总体均匀，总长度为44m，总宽度为23m。
