摘要施工组织设计是编制出来指导整个施工项目全部过程中各项活动的组织、经济和技术的综合文件。它是工项目管理和施工技术的有机结合，能够保证工程建设开工之后施工活动能够科学、高效和有序进行。85000

本次设计为和煦商业楼的施工组织设计。该工程总建筑面积5438㎡，总高度16m。结构形式是钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构。设计中综合安排施工进度，科学合理调度劳动力，有序使用机械设备，使土建各工种能够密切配合，且各施工段之间交叉流水施工作业。

  此次设计内容包含工程概况和总目标、施工准备、施工部署、土建的施工方、施工进度计划、文明施工措施、安全施工、建筑质量目标保证和建筑工期目标保证等内容。本次设计完成了横道图，网络图，施工平面图等的绘制，具有科学性，针对性和适用性等优点，是确保高速、安全、低耗、优质、文明的重要经济和技术文件。本设计的主要目标是指导施工工作的顺利完成，严格控制工程成本，积极创建优质工程。
