摘要本文设计的是钢框架结构,钢框架结构具有施工方便,节约资源,质量轻,抗震能力强等等优点。本次设计针对金山公司五层钢框架结构办公楼进行了:荷载代表值计算、地震力作用的验算、风荷载作用及框架位移计算、竖向荷载作用下内力计算,再进行内里组合对框架梁、边柱和中柱进行组合,接着进行构件验算,主次梁节点设计和柱脚设计,次要构件设计,再设计基础。最后引用ANSYS软件对计算过程进行优化。87103

  本文设计了50。4m×18m的矩形五层钢框架结构办公楼,层高为3。6m,在结构布置中本着安全合理,节约资源的原则,按横向7。5m+3m+7。5m,纵向6×8。4m布置柱,每两柱之间均设置框架梁,次梁按纵向布置在框架梁上,每隔2。5m布置一根次梁。另外,顶层布置了0。6m高的女儿墙。屋面选用的是压型钢板,主次梁连接采用铰接连接。在每个楼层的北面两侧设置楼梯,其它房间是各种功能性房间,大的会议室和办公室布置在南边。在构件设计中柱脚采用的是靴梁式柱脚,柱脚平台尺寸为0。6m×0。6m。为了提高柱脚的刚度,在外侧焊两根槽钢。柱脚在地面以下0。3m,基础埋深2m,室内外高差0。45m,所以底层柱高为4。65m,靴梁柱脚以下到基础平台以上设短柱并且构造配筋。边柱设为独立基础,中柱联合基础,对基础进行选型、尺寸计算、计算基底反力、抗冲切验算最后配筋。

在ANSYS优化的过程先生成循环应用的分析文件,在这个分析文件里需要建立有限元模型,然后施加荷载值,接着计算结构的极限弯矩,然后提取、指定状态变量-体积和目标函数-极限弯矩,再分析并得到优化结果,通过优化减少钢材体积来减少钢材用量。并且ANSYS优化程序可以自定义优化过程同时控制变量,灵活性很好,可以适应不同的荷载组合。
