摘要本毕业设计是南京某高级中学学生宿舍建筑设计及结构设计。本学生宿舍楼建筑布局总体为一字型，造型简单，功能性强。建筑设计部分完成了1～4层的平面设计，南立面的设计，两个典型剖面的设计。结构设计部分完成了一层楼盖的结构设计，一榀框架的结构设计，一部板式楼梯的结构设计，相应的地基基础设计。楼盖设计按照弹性理论设计方法，竖向荷载作用下框架结构内力采用分层法，水平地震作用下框架内力采用反弯点法，应用PKPM进行电算并校核，楼梯为板式现浇楼梯，基础采用柱下独基和矩形联合基础。87556

Title    Architectural and Structural Design of a Student  Dormitory Building               

Abstract The project is about architectural and structural of a student dormitory building of a high school in Nanjing。 There are two main parts contained。 First is architectural design section which includes design of 1 to 4 floors, south facade and two sections。 Second is structural design which includes design of one floor, one frame, one staircase and foundation corresponded。 Elastic method is used in structural design of floor。 The internal forces of frame under vertical load calculated with layered method, under horizontal earthquake calculated the with inflection point method。 PKPM is used to calculate and check the result of hand calculation。 Foundations of this building contains single foundation under column and the rectangle base。
