    2 Engineering Survey
    (1) of Baosteel cultural center expansion project site in Baoshan District City,east of Bao Lin Er Cun from about 16 meters, the south from the Po Yang road about 22 meters away from Mudanjiang, on the west side of the road about 22 meters, north from Po Lam Road about 10 meters, undergroundpipeline (water supply, sewage, information, mainly concentrated around Yu Shui) below the pavement, and across the road is the building..

    3 retaining structure system
    (1) retaining structure of double row bored pile + biaxial cement mixing pilediameter 700@1000 water. See the pit floor plans, profiles.
        (2) according to the depth of excavation and surrounding environment, bored pile diameter Φ 1000@1200 Φ were used, 1050@1250, Phi 1150@1350, and phi 1200@1400. Concrete design strength grade of C30 (water

         (5) biaxial cement mixing pile diameter 700@500, the overlapping of 200,using P32.5 ordinary portland cement, water cement ratio 0.5, cement contentis 8% in the pit bottom or between the first support, following the pit bottom is 13%.
    (6) the ratio of cement grouting: water glass =1:0.02, water cement ratio 0.5,per cubic reinforced soil cement 150kg.
    4 Pit proposed vacuum of deep well water
    Pit proposed vacuum of deep well water, guarantee that the water level dropped to the bottom under 0.5 ~ 1.0 meters, charged the same time should ensure the depths (such as a deep ditch catchpit) to the bottom under 0.5 meters. Bottom Strengthening regions at the same time should ensure charged depths (Set wells deep ditch) to the bottom under 0.5 meters. Bottom Strengthening District over soil excavation needs can be met, and in the excavation 15 days ago; pit precipitation expected to be monitoring the pit water level changes, pit precipitation should not affect the pit water level changes According to the monitoring of the construction of precipitation adjustment.
    5 Monitoring a construction pit
    (1) During construction, we should strengthen monitoring, problems promptly notify the relevant parties consultations. The contents of the proposed monitoring : Column top of the pile, and retaining top of the pile near the buildings, pipelines level vertical displacement; Retaining pile of lateral (inclinometer); Hang outside the water level monitoring; supporting axial force. Pit monitoring program required by the building envelope design units approved and before implementation.
    (2) Observation and warning requirements : Construction of the enclosure, to be detected early reading;precipitation and the excavation pit, have to do a test on the 1st;measured data should be promptly reported to buyer and Design Institute;Alarm Limits : horizontal, Vertical displacement greater than 3 mm/d or cumulatively more than 30 mm, Hang outside the groundwater level dropped to 500 mm;the deformation limits to the police after the tests should increase the frequency and timeliness and Design Contact three homes; urrounding pipelines, and the nearby housing deformation value in accordance with the relevant police departments to determine the requirements.
