摘要此次设计的工程项目为三联学院学生公寓,占地面积约666.67 m2 ,建筑面积约 4000m2。本建筑主体结构一共 6层,总高度19.9m。
采取全现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,混凝土强度等级为 C30;基础形式为柱下独立 基础,混凝土强度等级为 C20;填充材料分别为加气混凝土砌块、木门和铝合金窗。框架结构采用三级抗震进行必要的设计处理,充分体现“强柱弱梁、实现梁铰机制、 避免柱铰机制、实现弯曲破坏、避免剪切破坏”的设计指导思想;另外,设计成果应 遵循“适用、安全、经济、美观”的民用原则。设计参考书籍有《基础工程》、 《混凝土结构原理》、《建筑结构荷载规范》、《建筑结构抗震设计》等。计算书主要部分:荷载整理、内力组合、楼梯设计、基础设计等。
在理论的计算过程中,整个工程严格遵守江苏科技大学土木工程专业 2017届毕 业设计任务书和国家规定的现行相关设计规范。

Abstract:The design of the project for the triple college student apartments, covers an area of about 666.67 m2, construction area of about 4000m2. The main structure of the building a total of 6 layers, the total height of 19.9m.
Concrete strength grade is C30, which is used the cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure. And we use the C20 concrete to build independent foundation under column. Filling material is composed of aerated concrete block, wooden door and aluminum alloy window. The design standard of the frame structure conforms to the requirements of the three level seismic code, which entirely embodies the design guiding ideology of ”strong column weak beam, realizing beam hinge mechanism, avoiding column hinge mechanism, realizing bending failure and avoiding shear failure”; n addition, design result should follow the principle of ”application, security, economy and beauty”. Design reference books include ”Foundation Engineering”, ”Design Principle of Concrete Structure”, ”Building Structural Load Code”, ”Anti-quake Architectural Structure Design” and so on. The calculation is composed of load’s statistics, the combination of internal force, stair’s design,the design of foundation etc.
n the process of theoretical calculation, the whole project strictly abide by the task book that adheres to the 2017 session of the Jiangsu University of Science and Technology civil engineering graduate design .And we also comply with the relevant design specifications that belongs to the provisions of the state .
