设计总说明毕业设计所选择的课题为延西大学宿舍楼建筑与结构设计。由于是第一次接触建筑设计,所以对建筑设计没有太多的信心。我就从身边的宿舍楼观察,逐步得优化得出自己的宿舍楼建筑设计。本次设计的宿舍楼集住宿学习办公为一体,建筑面积约5800m2,共优尔层。优尔层层高均为为3.0m。整个教学楼纵向约50.4m,楼梯于中间和左侧各设一个。由于宿舍楼结合学习与住宿功能,所以我将一层的右半边设计为为学习办公区,设置有学生活动中心,多功能室,办公室以及值班室。一层的左半边设计为住宿区。二层至优尔层均为住宿区,并配有阅览室。本工程结构地上优尔层,无地下层。室内外高差450mm,屋顶为结构找坡,坡度2%,建筑物高度为21.00m。整个宿舍楼平面规整,符合使用及受力要求;立面规整,体现出新一代的学生宿舍风格。30111
本设计的结构形式采用多层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。框架结构作为一种常用的结构形式, 具有传力明确、结构布置灵活、抗震性和整体性好的优点, 目前已被广泛地应用于各类多层的工业与民用建筑中。框架结构的特点是梁柱承重,墙体只起分隔、围护的作用,房间布置较灵活。本结构采用横向框架承重方案,施工方法采用整体现浇式。自然条件如下:基本风压:0.55kN/m2(重现期为50 年);基本雪压:0.20kN/m2(重现期为50 年);本地区地震基本烈度为七度;地震分组为第一组;场地类别为Ⅳ类;根据建筑高度及设防烈度,此建筑抗震等级为三级。
主要结构材料如下:基础、梁、柱、板采用C40混凝土,梁、柱采用HRB400钢筋;箍筋、板筋采用HPB235钢筋。±0.000以下Mu10机制粘土砖,M10水泥砂浆,±0.000以上填充墙是用轻集料混凝土小型空心砌块,M5水泥砂浆。主要结构构件尺寸如下:柱600mm×600mm,纵向框架梁300mm×700mm,横向框架梁300mm×700mm,次梁200mm×600mm,板厚120mm。为减少沉降,基础形式选用钢筋混凝土桩基础,由于现如今大学普遍造鱼郊区,根据施工的要求,使用了预制砼管桩;桩长31m;各柱下设置独立承台,柱下独立桩基承台的纵横方向设置连系梁,用于承受底层填充墙荷载和加强基础的整体性,调节基础间的不均匀沉降,减轻框架结构对沉降的敏感性。
综上,毕业论文本工程的建筑设计和结构设计基本满足了大学宿舍楼的使用要求。

The main structure is as follows: firstly, the C40 concrete is used in the foundation, beams, columns, plates, beams and columns with HRB400 rebar; stirrups, rib by hpb235 grade steel. In order to reduce settlement, and forms the basis of selection of the reinforced concrete pile foundation, due to the now university generally made the outskirts of fish, according to the requirements of the construction, the use of the precast concrete pile; pile length 31m; each column set of cap, under column independent pile cap in vertical and horizontal direction, set up the coupling beam for bear underfill wall load and strengthen the integrity of the foundation, regulation of uneven settlement, reduce the frame structure of subsidence susceptibility.
