    摘要我国的土地广阔,但是由于人口基数大,所以我国的土地人均资源占用率较低,并且由于地形、人为破坏等因素,导致许多土地无法利用。这种现象在云南东南岩溶地区表现得更为突出,在该地区,由于人类的不合理活动导致石漠化产生,加之岩溶地区原本的山地地形,致使土地资源承载力下降。近年来,随着人口的日益增多,耕地需求以及建设用地需求的增长十分迅速,从而也加剧了该地区的人地矛盾。为了土地资源能够得到可持续的利用,对滇东南岩溶地区的土地资源承载力评价就显得尤为重要 。37730
    本文基于云南东南部地区的自身区域特征,根据国内外相关研究的理论与方法,构建了适用于本区域的土地资源承载力评价指标体系。该体系从土地压力指数、 的陡坡耕地面积比率和人均建设用地压力指数三个指标出发,运用单要素评价模型和几何重心评价模型两种评价方法对云南东南岩溶地区2009年土地资源承载力的情况进行了评价研究。在几何重心评价模型中赋予三者的权值分别为:耕地压力指数50%, 陡坡耕地面积比率25%,人均建设用地压力指数25%。最后研究结果表明,滇东南岩溶区总体上土地资源承载力较低,以中度超载和极度超载为主。

    Abstract
    Our vast land, but because of the large population base, so fewer resources per capita usage of land, and because of the terrain, vandalism and other factors, led to much of the land can not be used. This phenomenon in southeastern Yunnan karst area is more prominent in the area, due to human activities cause unreasonable rocky desertification generation, combined with the original karst region mountainous terrain, resulting in decreased land carrying capacity. In recent years, with the increasing population, the growth of demand for arable land and construction land demand is growing very rapidly, and thus exacerbated the contradiction between people in the region. To land resources can be used sustainably, the evaluation of Karst Area in Southeastern land carrying capacity is particularly is particularly important.
    Based on the characteristics of the local area in southeastern Yunnan Province, according to the theory and methods of research at home and abroad, building suitable for the region, land carrying capacity evaluation system. The system pressure index from the land, the steep slope ratio and per capita arable land for construction pressure index three indicators of view, the use of single-factor evaluation model and the geometric center of gravity of two evaluation methods evaluation model southeast Yunnan karst area of land carrying capacity in 2009 case studies were evaluated. The weights assigned to the geometric center of gravity in the three evaluation models are as follows: 50 percent of cultivated land pressure index, steep rate of 25 percent of arable land per capita construction land pressure index 25 percent. Finally, results show that Southeastern karst area generally low land carrying capacity to moderate extreme overload and overload based.
