摘要苏州某镇工业园区配套用房位于苏州，为6层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，配套用房总建筑面积为5700m²，建筑高度23.2m（从室外地坪到屋面檐口）。其结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，安全等级为二级，设计使用年限为50 年；建筑物等耐火等级为二级；建筑抗震设防类别为丙类；地基基础设计等级为乙级。该配套用房主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，柱网尺寸主要为4m×7m、2.35m×7m、2.45m×7m、3.2m×7m、4m×2.8m、4.8m×2.8m、3.2m×2.8m，总长度为56m，总宽度为16.8 m，占地面积为941平方米左右。梁、柱构件通过节点连接形成骨架结构，由梁、柱承受竖向和水平荷载，剪力墙承受水平荷载，中间隔墙仅起文护作用。底层层高为4.2m，各标准层的层高为3.8m，甲楼梯的踏步数底层和顶层取12个其他各标准层均为11个，一层、二层的楼梯的踏步高为168mm，踏步宽为260mm。楼梯的梯段宽为1.5m，中间休息平台宽为1.69m，扶手的高度为0.9m，宽度为60mm。乙楼梯的踏步数底层和顶层取12个其他各标准层均为11个，一层、二层的楼梯的踏步高为168mm，踏步宽为260mm。楼梯的梯段宽为1.9m，中间休息平台宽为1.69m，扶手的高度为0.9m，宽度为60mm。该楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构。基础采用柱下独立承台桩基础。40978
