摘要:此次设计是为上海市某大型连锁超市设计中央空调系统,设计合理的中央空调系统,,能给室内工作人员和购物人员提供适宜的工作和购物环境。设计内容包括:冷热负荷计算、划分空调系统区域、空调系统方案的确定、冷热源的选择、设计与计算风系统、送风方式的选定、气流组织的计算、设计布置水系统并进行水力计算等。根据每一块区域的围护结构,计算出其冷热负荷,根据冷负荷及湿负荷采用一次回风的全空气系统算出每个区域所需要的新风量及总风量,根据算出来的风量来确定全空气系统的设计方案,选用空调系统。空调风系统的设计,风口的尺寸采用假定流速法,根据算出来的风量及管道的合理流速,确定风管的尺寸并进行对风管的水力计算,找出最不利环路,看是否管径选的合理以及算出整个管路的总阻力,从而根据管路的总阻力选择合适的冷水机组以及冷水泵。最后还要对管道进行保温防腐,消声减振处理,减少空调机组在运行时对外界环境的影响,使室内达到舒适性的要求,最终完成风管管路的设计。40979

Design of a Central Air Conditioning System for a Large Chain Supermarket in Shanghai
Abstract: The design is for the Shanghai City, a large supermarket chain design central air conditioning system, a reasonable design of the central air-conditioning system, can provide a suitable working and shopping environment for indoor staff and shopping. Design content includes: the cooling and heating load calculation, pision of air-conditioning system and air conditioning system for the determination, of cold and heat source selection, design and calculation of wind system, send selected air, airflow calculation, design and layout of water system and hydraulic calculation. Calculates the cooling load according to every region of the enclosure structure, according to the cooling load and moisture load using a return air system calculates each region need fresh air volume and total volume, according to the calculated volume to determine all air system design, selection of air conditioning system. The design of air conditioning system, the air inlet size using the assumption that the flow velocity, according to the calculated air volume and the channel of the reasonable velocity determined wind tube size and the calculation of the wind pipe of the hydraulic, identify the most disadvantaged loop, to see whether the diameter selection of reasonable and figure out the entire line of the total resistance, and selected the appropriate chillers and chilled water pump according to the total resistance of the pipeline. Finally, the pipeline should be heat preservation, noise reduction and vibration reduction, reducing the impact of air conditioning units in the operation of the external environment, so that the requirements of the indoor comfort, and ultimately complete the design of the wind pipe line.
