【摘要】：本建筑是位于上海市的办公大楼。建筑面积约7125m2，共八层，一层层高为4.5m，二至八层层高为4.2m。整个办公楼长约53m，共设有楼梯两个，电梯两部。该楼主要功能为办公，建筑设计包含办公室、会议室、休息室等。平面上对各个房间进行全面地考虑，统筹规划，结构造型上打破传统造型，采用不规则的U型，达到视觉上的美观效果。在卫生间、办公室等的空间布置时，要充分考虑使用的便利性，让建筑的实用性达到最大程度的表达。在安全方面，需要依据《建筑设计防火规范》合理设计消防楼梯，保证人群在紧急情况能尽快疏散。本大楼的结构形式为钢结构体系，建筑高度为33.9m。43503

The architectural and structural design of Binjiang arts centre office building
