5) 节能环保：
在不影响卫生器具正常使用的情况下，应尽量采用节能型的新型卫生器具，可以大大降低设备负荷，减少能耗。
在设计中可采用中水回用来增加优质生活废水的重复利用率。技术系指将小区居民生活废〔污〕水（沐浴、盥洗、洗衣、厨房、厕所）集中处理后，达到一定的标准回用于小区的绿化浇灌、车辆冲洗、道路冲洗、家庭坐便器冲洗等，从而达到节约用水的目的。

Design General Information
Abstract：The design was an entertainment center, 8 layers of the building.1 layer for the sauna; 2 layer for the billiard room, chess and card room, rest room and a VIP lounge; 3 layer for the massage area; 4 or 5 layer for guest rooms; 6 layer for the dining room; 7 layer for banquet hall; 8 layer for the venue and small conference room. The project was planned layer area 1275.5m2, the total construction area of 11179.2m2.Building height respectively：the bottom was 5.4m; 2 ~ 3 layer was 5.0 m; 4 ~ 7 layer was 4.2 m; 8 layer was 6.6 m; Elevation difference of inside and outside was 0.45 m; Parapet height was 1.5 m; Building a total height: 43.450 m.
The main purpose of the building was to design a reasonable, practical and economic water supply and drainage pipe network by calculating,and the design results must conform to the requirements of actual construction. Students should query related standards, according to relevant design specifications, design calculations, select the corresponding equipment and write design specifications and design drawings according to the actual situation of construction.Design topic mainly completed the following content：
1) Water supply system:
Water using city water，1 layer 's water by the water supply of the land around the municipal water supply network, cause the Municipal water department didn't allow direct pumping from the municipal pipe network,and the rest layer's water supplied from the roof water tank on the downside.and the municipal pipe network water pressure was 0.22MPa.
The water main pipe and supplying pipe into the toilet and kitchen used PVC plastic pipe. PVC plastic pipe has the advantage of good corrosion resistance, aging resistance, no rust; Small density, light quality; good hydraulic performance , tube wall was hard to form scale; and good resistance performance which can save energy.
The roof water tank according to 1 layer to 8 layer of all water used to determine the volume of roof water tank,was 20m ³.The pump water directly supplied water to the water tank, and did n’t connect with the water distribution network.
2) Hot water system:
Hot water system used the centralized hot water supply by setting the roof water tank to supply 1 layer to 8 layer water, first the boiler room supplied the hot water,then the hot water tank for roof heated preservation, at last the roof heated hot water tank supplied indoor hot water in each layer.
The volume of the roof of the hot water system was 10 ㎡..
The pipes of hot water system used three type polypropylene (PP-R pipe) for water pipe. PP-R pipe has the advantage of light quality, good strength, corrosion resistance, long service life; non-toxic harmless, heat insulation, good elasticity,and easy to installation. Which was suitable for hot water system in water supply pipeline.
3) Fire protection system:
The building's fire protection system included the fire hydrant system, automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing systems and fire extinguishers.
Two fire hydrant, fire hydrant system in each layer setted to ensure every fire partition was provided with the two hoses to fill water and achieve anything.
