摘要本次毕业设计课题为武汉市某文化艺术馆空调设计,本工程建筑面积约为 4200 平方米,夏季空调面积为3205平方米,冬季的是3651平方米。建筑地上三层,地下 0层。整个建筑可以分成4个部分:最西边有两层独立的办公楼,最靠南边是三层的各种活动场所,其余中间分别有高两层的展厅和文化休闲厅。作为一栋文化艺术馆,其具备了各类的活动场所,而对于其空调系统的设计也是因地制宜,有几种不同的系统来保证文化艺术馆内部的温湿度的合理与舒适。 本设计主要地源热泵采用作为空调冷热源,辅以冷却塔作为土壤平衡的方式。垂直地埋管就近填埋,埋到地下 100 米左右。空调方式有两种,包括全空气系统和风机盘管加独立新风系统。比较大的空间如展厅和文化休闲厅采用前者的系统,其余的房间均采用了风机盘管加新风的方案。全空气系统是一次回风再热系统,选用圆型散流器平射流形式,而风机盘管加独立新风系统则式将室外空气处理到室内等焓处后与风机盘管处理后的回风进行混合后送入,具体的形式有风机盘管对吹及风机盘管加风管送风的。由于建筑的本身面积不大,故水系统采用闭式异程,冷凝水统一流入到各层的卫生间排出。由于卫生间本身带有窗户而且没有地下部分,所以自然的通风可以满足其防排烟要求,而在走廊吊顶里布置新风机直接将室外的新风引入各个房间。对于较大空间的全空气系统,回风直接通过管道及散流器回收,排风直接通过管道和排风口排出室外。 61052
