摘要本设计是桂林市某行政大楼的空调系统设计。此建筑是包括会议室、办公室、休息室、办公大厅等于一身的多功能型建筑,总建筑面积为19000m2,建筑高度为15.3m,建筑共六层,地上五层,地下一层。制冷机房需另建,冷却塔布置在五层屋顶。一层主要有档案室、办公大厅、多功能厅及办公休息娱乐室(棋牌室、健身房等),二至五层主要为各行政办公室。为此特根本建筑特性对各种面积不同,功能不同的建筑采用不同的形式进行设计,以达到最大程度满足舒适性以及节能型。61715
