摘要毕业设计的课题是南京市某国际大酒店的空调工程设计。酒店的地下一层, 主要为酒店的配套设备用房和康乐设施用房;地上一至五层为酒店的配套性服务部分, 包括接待总台, 餐厅、宴会厅、多功能厅, 各大小会议室等;六至十八层为标准客房和商务客房, 十九层为商务茶座, 二十层为总统套层。总建筑面积45973.52平方米、其中地上建筑面积为36906.63平方米 , 地下建筑面积9066.89平方米 。61714
本设计采用离心式冷水机组作为冷源,热水锅炉作为热源。空调方式:高大空间如大厅、宴会厅采用全空气系统;会议室、宾馆客房等采用了风机盘管加独立新风系统。全空气系统选用方形型散流器平射流形式,而风机盘管加独立新风系统用百叶风口侧送风的形式。水系统采用闭式系统,酒店功能区水系统用两管制异程式;客房区的水系统采用四管制异程式。卫生间通风统一由排风扇接出,在末端安装止回阀。楼梯间采用正压送风系统;地下室、设备房设置防排烟系统,选用变速风机,平时排风,发生火灾时排烟。
