摘要:本设计为上海某商务综合办公楼空调系统设计和技术经济分析,通过设计合理的中央空调系统,为室内休闲购物及工作人员提供舒适的环境。建筑地下负一层及一层房间采用全空气系统,通过回风系统和新风系统负担室内负荷,二楼到十楼是办公建楼层,空调系统采用风机盘管+新风系统,每个房间吊顶上均装有风机盘管,风机盘管承担室内负荷。空调机房统一设置在建筑顶层,可以集中供应整栋建筑的冷热需求。同时,各个房间的末端设备可以根据房间温度、湿度的变化自动调节送风量和冷热供应量,这样系统更加灵活,同时更节能环保,符合现代可持续发展思路。61759
设计的主要内容有:空调负荷的计算、空调风系统的计算、设备的选型和系统方案的确定、水系统的水力计算、系统的风管与水管的保温及防腐、系统的消声与减振、空调系统的技术经济分析等内容。
