摘要本设计为一幢综合楼的暖通空调、采暖以及防排烟设计。该楼位于山东省济南市，地下二层是车库、仓库以及设备用房，地下一层至地上三层为商场，四至九层为办公楼，十至二十层为住宅。本设计的设计任务为地下二层的通风、防排烟，地上一至三层的通风空调以及十至二十层的采暖设计。针对设计对象的功能以及该地区气象参数及通风空调及采暖的要求，参考相关文献资料，对整个工程进行了设计负荷计算、方案确定以及设备选型。最后绘制了整个设计的设计图纸，包括水系统原理图，风管、水管平面图，水系统轴测图，机房平面图、剖面图以及部分设备的大样图。本设计旨在合理地改善设计环境的空气品质，为工作人员以及居民营造良好的工作生活环境。65282

Title     The HVAC Design of a Complex Building in Jinan                      

Abstract

The design is of a complex building of the air-conditioning, ventilation ,heating and smoke control systems design. The building is located in Jinan, Shandong Province.The underground floor is used for garages, warehouses and equipment room,the basement to the ground three are used for shopping malls ,The four to nine are office floors.The ten to twenty floors are flats. The tasks of the design for the buidling are including the air-conditioning of the shopping malls and smoke control systems and the venlation system of the underground floors .The flats should be heating in winter. Take the funtional of the bulding and the region of meteorological parameters as well as the specification for venlation and air-conditionging and heating into account, reference to the relevant literature , then carried out a systematic planning of the design.The last but not least is the drawing of maps,including Principle map of the water system ,the map of the wind and water pipes as well as the engine room.The design  is armed to improve the air quality of the environment of the building , to provide people with a good working and  living environment.
