摘要本次毕业设计课题为北京市某综合楼各区域的通风、空调及防排烟设计。,该建筑为一地上十五层、地下一层(半地下)的多功能建筑,建筑空调面积约7500m2,建筑高度56.3m。半地下一层为自行车棚及设备用房,地上一层为大厅、信访办公室用房,二层为职工餐厅与包房,三层(含技术夹层)为会议室与档案室,四层为会议室与办公室,五~十五层为办公用房。66180
本设计采用螺杆式冷水机组和室外热网作为空调冷热源,对大空间的房间、办公室,采用全空气一次回风系统;一些个别的小房间采用风机盘管加独立新风系统。负荷较大的两层的负荷由技术层内安置的卧式空气处理机来负责,其余的则由吊顶机负责。水管通过建筑内部开的水管立井送至各层,再分别送去各个末端。
楼梯和电梯共用的前室采用正压送风系统,地下室安置冷热源机房。

Title HVAC design of a comprehensive building of Beijing City
Abstract
The graduation design topic is the regional smoke and aeration designation of a building of Beijing city’s . The building is a multifunctional building of fifteen floors on the ground and the underground layer (underground) . The Building area is about 7500m2,and The height of the building is 56.3m. The ground floor is the lobby and the petition office premises.The second layer is the staff dining room and the rooms. The third layer (including technical interlayer) is the conference room and record room. The fourth layer is the conference room and office. The fifth ~ fifteen layer is office space.
This design uses Screw water chillers and the outdoor hot water as the cold source and heat source of air conditioning. For large room, office space, adopting all-air primary return air system; Some inpidual small rooms adopt fan-coil unit plus fresh air system. The two layers of large load is in the charge of horizontal air processor technology layer placed.
Stairs and elevators shared the use of positive pressure air supply system. The basement room placement of cold and heat source.
