摘要：BIM技术展示出CAD图纸所不能表现出的认知角度和视觉效果，BIM是建筑业在继CAD之后的又一大改革，也是将来建筑业的趋势。在项目的每一个阶段都可以运用BIM技术，其中施工阶段是项目中非常重要的一环，所以，本文聚焦于BIM技术在施工中的应用，同时介绍施工前准备的工作。三维模型的建立是所有阶段的基础，在施工中协调应用时也不例外。我们通过实际工程的三维模型的建立，然后展示在施工中的各种应用点，结合这些应用点，阐述BIM在施工中应用的巨大优点。希望可以更深层次的了解BIM的前景，探索BIM在实际的工程中发挥的作用。70168

The coordination application of BIM technology in the Teaching building project of Shanghai Guang-Yu Elementary School

Abstract: BIM technology shows the cognitive angle and visual effect that the CAD drawings can not show, and BIM is another major reform after the CAD in the construction industry, and also the trend of the construction industry in the future. In the whole process of the project can use BIM technology, in which the construction stage is the key stage of the project, this paper focuses on the application of BIM technology for construction. Through the construction of the three-dimensional model of the actual project to make a variety of applications in the building, combining these points, the application of BIM in the construction of the enormous advantages. Deeper understanding of the prospects of BIM, verifying the viability and applicability of BIM technology, truly understands its value in practical engineering.
