摘要:本设计为上海浦东新区花木街道文化活动中心建筑与结构设计,采用现浇混凝土框架结构,主体结构为五层,一至五层建筑物层高分别为4.5m、3.9m、3.9m、3.9m、3.9m。建筑为上人屋面,楼顶有突出的小房间,层高为3m。建筑面积约为5000 m²。±0.000相当于绝对标高3.350m,室内外高差为450mm。基础形式为柱下独立桩基础,桩型为预应力高强混凝土管桩( PHC桩),直径500mm,壁厚100mm。建筑结构安全等级为二级,设计基准期为50年,基础设计等级为乙级。抗震设防类别为丙类,烈度为7度,地震加速度为0.1,地震分组为一组,场地类别为Ⅳ类,结构的基本自振周期为 0.9s。梁板柱和地基承台混凝土等级均为C30(底层柱为C40)。70597

Construction and Structural Design of Cultural Activity Center of Huamu Street in Pudong New Area Shanghai
Abstract: This design is the design and structure design of the cultural activity center of Huamu Street in Shanghai Pudong New Area. The structure of the cast-in-place concrete frame is five layers. The height of one to five stories is 4.5m, 3.9m, 3.9m, 3.9 M, 3.9m. Building for the man roof, the roof has a prominent small room, the height of 3m. The building area is about 5000 m². ± 0.000 equivalent to the absolute elevation of 3.350m, indoor and outdoor height difference of 450mm. The foundation is a pile foundation with independent pile foundation, pile type is prestressed high strength concrete pipe pile (PHC pile), diameter 500mm, wall thickness is 100mm. The structural safety grade is Grade 2, the design base period is 50 years, and the basic design grade is Grade B. The seismic fortification category is Class C, the intensity is 7 degrees, the seismic acceleration is 0.1, the seismic grouping is grouped, the site type is class Ⅳ, and the basic vibration period of the structure is 0.9s. The beam grade of the beam and the foundation is C30 (C40).
