摘要:本毕业设计的内容是长沙市商业综合楼暖通空调工程(1-4楼商业区)的设计。建筑概述:项目位于长沙市,地上4层,总建筑面积为14547.69㎡,高度19.3m。根据土建资料以及长沙地区的气象参数,结合用户对空调系统的使用要求,严格按照《采暖通风与空气调节设计规范》等的指导要求进行设计,内容包括负荷计算、系统形式的确定、空调水系统和风系统以及气流组织的设计和计算、空气处理设备和末端装置的选型以及施工图的绘制等。根据各房间大小、功能等具体情况选取不同空调方案,例如面积较大的大厅和商铺等采用全空气系统,设置散流器平送的形式,这样能有效的进行除湿并能满足风量要求,而对于一般的办公室,因为其面积较小,多采用风机盘管加新风系统侧送的气流组织形式,主要是考虑了其占地小、噪音低和便于控制等优点。本设计的水系统采用了垂直方向的同程式,水平方向采用异程式的形式。根据长沙市当地的特点,我选用了溴化锂吸收式冷(热)水机组,这样不仅可以夏季供冷,冬季还可以供热。此外,我还对空调系统的防腐保温以及消声减震等进行了简单的设计。70605
