摘要： 一直以来，在公共建筑中，办公建筑是较为常见的，但是办公建筑在现代社会需求远大于居住类建筑，并且帮建筑各分区功能复杂，设计富有多样性，这就造成办公建筑在使用过程中空调能耗非常高，比住宅建筑大的多。因此如果设计师能偶在办公建筑设计初期考虑节能的因素，将会直接降低建筑完工后，后期实际使用过程中的建筑能耗，对实现我国节能减排的整体目标是非常有利的，因此都市型办公空间设计应充分考虑建筑的节能因素，这是有战略性意义的问题。        中国社会的向前发展,促进经济加速腾飞,办公空间成了很多都市现代人停留较多中心点,另一方面 ，办公空间环境设计的好坏，使用是否方便，将直接影响到办公人员工作期间的效率与心情,这在现代办公建筑设计中是设计师要考量的一个重要因素,在设计现代、都市型办公空间时一定要有丰富的理论参考和必要的实践,对整体办公空间做充分了解。 为能够在拥挤的城市中心区满足城市城市创业者办公空间的需求，特在此处设计具有时代特点同时又融入当地文化的办公类建筑，使其成为地区性的城市生活中心。71338
