摘要该毕业设计为南京市某图书大厦的建筑设计和结构设计。建筑设计完成了 1~6 层的平面设计，东立面和南立面的立面设计，以及东出入口的剖面设计，并绘制 了相应的建筑施工图。结构设计完成了一层楼盖的结构设计，一榀典型框架的结 构设计，一部主楼梯的结构设计，以及基础的结构设计，然后绘制出了相应的结 构施工图。结构设计中，楼盖双向板采用塑性绞线法计算，竖向荷载作用下框架 内力采用分层法计算，水平地震作用下框架内力采用 D 值法计算。此外该说明还 对竖向恒荷载作用下框架弯矩手算值进行了电算的校核，统计并分析了手算的误 差。75291

Title Architectural and Structural Design of a Library Building in Nanjing

Abstract The graduation project is architectural and structural design of a library building in Nanjing。 This paper finished architectural design 1 to 6 floors, east and south facade design, sectional design of two main entrances, and the corresponding construction drawings。 Structural design includes first floor design, one typical frames, the main staircase, foundation design, and the corresponding construction drawings。 Among structural design, two-way slab calculated with plastic strand method。 The internal forces of frame under vertical load calculated with layered method, under horizontal earthquake calculated with D value method。 Also， the moment of frame under vertical dead load is checked by software PKPM, and the errors of hand calculation are counted and analyzed。
