摘 要：本设计名称为江苏宝洁太仓物流中心一期工程桩基工程组织设计，主要内容包括施工安排，施工进度计划，施工准备资源配置计划，施工方法及工艺要求，质量管理保证措施，安全生产管理保证措施根据本工程施工现场情况、设计要求及施工工艺等，可将本工程划分为五个施工区域，锤击法、静压法同时施工。桩基工程要根据场地的地形、地质、桩基的设计布置密集程度、管线等以及压（打）桩机移动方便等因素来决定，并尽量减少挤土效应对周围环境及沉桩桩位的影响。76593

Abstract: This design name for the logistics center of Jiangsu Taicang Procter & Gamble a pile foundation engineering construction organization design, the main contents include arrangement of construction, construction schedule, the preparation for construction resource allocation plan, construction methods and technical requirements, quality management assurance measures, for the administration of production safety guarantee measures according to the project construction site, design requirements and construction technology, the project is pided into five areas of construction, hammering method, static pressure method construction at the same time。 Pile foundation engineering according to the site topography, geology, pile foundation design layout intensive, pipelines and pressure (play) pile machine, easy to move and other factors to determine and minimize squeezing effect on the surrounding environment and sinking pile's position。

以本人所在实习单位江苏省金陵建工集团股份有限公司参与的在建工程项目为题，对该项目的组织比较熟悉。

江苏宝洁太仓物流中心一期工程由江苏宝洁有限公司投资建设，其中桩基工程管桩桩型选自国家建筑标准设计图集《预应力混凝土管桩》（10G409），桩型为PHC-500（125）AB-C80-12,12的1622根（38928米）、PHC-400（95）AB-C80-12,12的36根（864米）、桩型为PHC-400（95）AB-C80-10，9的72根（1368米），即总计41160米。
