摘要：随着生活水平的不断提高，人们对着精神品质也在不断提升，社区文化活动中心 由政府主办，以街道为依托，以不断满足人民群众基本的精神文明需要为目标，为社区 居民集中活动提供场所，是构建和谐社区、建设和谐文化的共同关注点。本文首先通过 对人们需求的分析，设计不同功能的楼层与房间；接着结合书本及网络，进行结构的设 计；然后通过 PKPM 建模，分析及验算结构的合理性与可行性；之后，完成了一榀框架的 计算；最后，完成楼板，楼梯，基础的设计及验算，从而完成整个文化活动中心的建筑 与结构设计。78150
