摘要自升式钻井平台是最常用的海洋平台类型之一,广泛应用于世界各海域 200m 以 下水深的采油作业。自升式钻井平台具有强大的定位能力和良好的稳定性, 对大陆架 海域的石油天然气勘探开发有重要意义。78312
桩腿是自升式平台最重要、最关键的结构之一。由于尺度大、结构复杂,桩腿建 造技术已经成为自升式平台建造的核心。从桩腿的分段划分、建造及焊接工艺、合拢 及吊装作业步骤等几个方面阐述整个桩腿的建造流程。桩腿是支撑钻井平台正常工作 的基础,同时也是保证钻井工作安全性和可靠性的重要组成部分,所以桩腿的工艺制 作需要格外注意。
合理的生产设计,可以提高生产效率和质量,缩短周期。本文以 CJ50 型钻井平 台为例,研究桩腿建造工艺流程、桩腿分段划分、建造程序以及精度控制,并且主要 研究桩腿 BLOCK4 的生产设计。

Abstract Jack-up drilling platform is one of the most common type of offshore platforms, it is widely used below 200 m depth recovery operations in the water all over the world。 It has important significance to oil and gas exploration and development in the continental shelf waters due to its strong capability of position and excellent stability。
Leg is one of the most important structure of jack-up platform。Because of the large scale and complicated structure, the pile legs building technology has become the core of the jack-up platform construction。 This paper expounds the whole process of construction of the pile legs from several aspects such as the pile legs block pision, the construction and welding process, closure and hoisting working steps。 Leg is the base of supporting the normal work of the drilling platform, also is an important part to ensure the safety and reliability of the drilling operation,therefore the production process of pile legs should need extra attention。
The reasonable production design can improve the production efficiency and quality, shorten the cycle。This paper illustrates by the case of CJ50 type drilling platform, studies leg construction technological process, block pision,the leg building program and control precision,and mainly researches the pile legs BLOCK4 production design。
