摘要本项目为济南市某医院空调系统工程。该医院分为 A、B、C 三区,地下室位于 A 区。 A 区地上十五层,面积约为 25000 ㎡,B 区地上二层,面积约为 2000 ㎡,C 区地上五层, 面积约为 5000 ㎡。总建筑面积约 32000 ㎡,其中空调面积为 15547 ㎡。81188
本建筑冷负荷为 1588。733kW,冷负荷指标 102。2W/㎡,热负荷为 1990。448kW,热负荷 指标 60。6W/㎡。舒适性空调冷源选用两台型号为 LSBLG860/MZ 的水冷螺杆式冷水机组,单 台额定冷量为 860kW,热源选用一台型号为 WNS2。1-1。0/95/70-Y(Q)的卧式燃气热水锅炉, 额定热量为 2100kW。水系统采用变流量两管制,采用竖直同程,水平异程式系统,系统共 4 个分区,其中 A 区在竖直方向分 2 个系统。冷水系统采用三台水泵,两用一备;冷却水
系统采用三台水泵,两用一备;热水泵采用 3 台水泵,一用一备。 根据房间的规格不同,本建筑采用了风机盘管加独立新风系统和吊顶机组加独立新风
系统,每层独立设新风机组,新风从室外引入,由新风机组处理到室内空气焓值,气流组 织采用侧送和上送上回的送风方式。 防烟楼梯间、前室采用机械加压送风;卫生间设置机械排风系统;走廊设置排烟。

Title Designing about the air conditioner engineering of one Hospital that locates in JiNan。
Abstract This design is about the air conditioner engineering of one Hospital that locates in JiNan。The hospital is pided into A、B、C three area,and the basement is located in the A area。There are fifteen stories above ground of A area, and the gross floor area is about25000 ㎡。B has two stories above ground and the gross floor area is about2000 ㎡。C has five stories above ground and the gross floor area is about5000
㎡。The total gross floor area is about30000 ㎡,and the air-conditioner area is about15547 ㎡。
The total cooling load is 1588。733kW,the cooling load index is 102。2W/㎡。The total heating load is 1990。448kW,the heating load index is 60。6W/㎡。The cold source of comfort air conditioning system selects two water cooled screw type water chiller。 Model is WNS2。1-1。0/95/70-Y(Q),the rated cooling capacity is 860kW。The heat source selects a horizontal gas hot water boiler,model is WNS2。1-1。0/95/70- Y(Q),the rated heat capacity is 2100kW。Air conditioning water system is a closed double-tube system with the same course and is pided into four areas,and A area is pided into 2 systems in the vertical direction。There are three water-chilling pumps, two for using and one for preparing and three water-cooling pumps,two for using and one for preparing,the water-chilling pumps and two hot water pumps,one for using and one for preparing。
According to the actual function of rooms,fan coil unit plus independent new fresh air system and are selected。The fresh air is sent into the room directly after treated to indoor enthalpy value。The airflow organization adopts side sent and ceiling sent of air distribution。
The fire stairs and antechambers are designed with positive pressure mechanical air supply system,toilets are designed with air exhaust system,corridor are designed with the smoke exhaust system。
