摘要目的:通过调查杭州市社区居民的健康素养和健康生活方式现状,分析健康素养和健康生活方式之间的相关性,进而探索健康素养对健康生活方式的影响程度,提出针对社区居民健康素养的干预措施,为建立健康生活方式,进而促进居民健康提供参考意见。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,对杭州市3个区的561名社区居民进行调查。对分类变量采取频数和构成比描述;对正态的连续性变量采取平均值及标准差进行描述;采用t检验或单因素方差分析不同人口学特征及不同健康生活方式间社区居民健康素养水平的差异;运用Pearson相关分析社区居民健康素养和健康生活方式各维度之间的关系以及密切程度;通过多重线性回归分析健康素养不同维度对健康生活方式得分的影响,进而得出健康素养对健康生活方式的影响。结果:本次调查共发放问卷600份,回收有效问卷561份,有效回收率为93。5%。社区居民健康素养四个维度中健康技能素养得分(1。78±0。30)为最高,健康行为素养得分(1。36±0。31)为最低;社区居民健康生活方式各维度各题得分从高到低依次为营养(3。99±0。77)、压力应对(3。90±0。87)、人际关系(3。77±0。84)、健康责任(3。59±0。73)、自我实现(3。56±0。66)和运动(3。04±0。94);健康生活方式水平与年龄、婚姻状况、健康状况及健康行为素养等有关,在控制人口学特征后,健康行为素养(标准系数=0。238,P<0。001)对健康生活方式的影响显著;健康行为素养(标准系数=0。215,P<0。001)对自我实现的影响显著;健康行为素养(标准系数=0。311,P<0。001)对健康责任的影响显著;健康行为素养(标准系数=0。271,P<0。001)对运动的影响显著;健康行为素养(标准系数=0。357,P<0。001)、健康技能素养(标准系数=0。097,P=0。021)对营养的影响显著;健康行为素养(标准系数=0。283,P<0。001)、健康技能素养(标准系数=0。 198,P<0。001)对人际关系的影响显著;健康行为素养(标准系数=0。482,P<0。001)、健康技能素养(标准系数=0。124,P=0。003)对压力应对影响显著。结论:社区居民健康素养与健康生活方式之间存在相关性,其中影响健康生活方式的主要影响因素有健康素养中的健康行为素养和健康技能素养两个维度。但目前健康素养还存在待改进之处,由此对提高社区居民健康素养,促进建立健康生活方式提出以下建议:动员全社会人员参与提高健康素养、促进健康生活方式活动;充分发挥健康素养对健康生活方式的促进作用;加强全民健康运动教育。88253

Abstract Objectives:To investigate health literacy and healthy lifestyle of community residents in Hangzhou, analyze the correlation between health literacy and healthy lifestyle, and explore the influence of health literacy of healthy lifestyle, to provide measures for health literacy of community residents, and reference to establish healthy lifestyle and promote residents’ health。 Methods:566 community residents from three Hangzhou regions were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire。 Using frequency and proportions to describe categorical variables; using mean and standard deviation to describe normal continuous variable; t test or variance analysis were used to analyze the differences of community residents’ health literacy between different demographic characteristics and health lifestyles; Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the dimensions of community residents’ health literacy and healthy lifestyle; and the effects of health literacy on healthy lifestyle was analyzed by multiple linear regression。 Results: The survey gave out about 600 questionnaires, and collected 561 effective questionnaires, the effective collecting rate was 93。5%。 In four dimensions of community residents' health literacy, health skills literacy’s score is highest(1。78±0。30),and health behavior quality is lowest(1。36±0。31)。 The community healthy lifestyle score of each dimension from high to low, is arranged in the order: nutrition (3。99±0。77),stress coping (3。90±0。87),interpersonal relationship(3。77±0。84),health responsibility(3。59±0。73), self-actualization(3。56±0。66) and exercise(3。04±0。94)。The level of health lifestyle is related to age, marital status, health condition ,health behavior literacy and so on。 By controlling demographic characteristics, health behavior literacy (standard coefficient =0。238, P<0。001) has significant effects on health lifestyle; health behavior literacy (standard coefficient =0。215, P<0。001) has significant effects on self-actualization; health behavior literacy (standard coefficient =0。311, P<0。001) has significant effects on health responsibility; health behavior literacy (standard coefficient =0。271, P<0。001) has significant effects on exercise; health behavior literacy (standard coefficient =0。357, P<0。001) and health skills literacy (standard coefficient =0。097, P=0。021) have significant effects on nutrition; health behavior literacy (standard coefficient =0。283, P<0。001) and health skills literacy (standard coefficient =0。198, P<0。001) have significant effects on interpersonal relationship; health behavior literacy (standard coefficient =0。482, P<0。001) and health skills literacy (standard coefficient =0。124, P=0。003) have significant effects on stress coping。 Conclusion: There are correlations between health literacy and healthy lifestyle of community residents, among which the main influencing factors of healthy lifestyle are health behavior literacy and health skill literacy in health literacy。 However, there are still some improvements to the current health literacy, Thus to put forward the following suggestions to improve the health of community residents and promote the establishment of a healthy lifestyle: mobilize the whole society to participate in improving health literacy, promote healthy lifestyle activities; give full play to health literacy on the promotion of healthy lifestyle; strengthen the health of the whole people education; strengthen health movement education。
