摘要随着人口老龄化程度的不断加深，相关丧偶老人的研究也逐渐增多，但以高龄丧偶老人或特殊地区丧偶老人为对象的研究微乎其微。西部欠发达农村地区的丧偶老人群体在当地政府服务、农村社区服务中往往容易被忽略，此外，专业的社会工作在西部并不普及，缺乏专业性的制度和人才队伍来提高该群体的福利。针对此现状，本文选取甘肃省武山县X村的高龄丧偶老人为研究对象，通过真实个案访谈和观察法，以现有的文献研究和相关数据为基础，从老年社会工作的角度和价值观出发，对高龄丧偶老人社会适应的四个方面的现状进行分析，总结经验，提出建议，协助高龄丧偶老人处理好丧偶引发的社会适应难题，提高老人晚年生活质量，促进他们的健康老龄化和积极老龄化，减少衍生的其他社会问题。88388

Abstract     With the quickening of population aging, the research on the elderly becomes a focus, but research on the widowed elder man or the widowed in the special area is deficient。 The Western underdeveloped rural areas, economic backwardness, the benefits lagging, the widowed in local government services and rural community services are often overlooked。 In addition, professional social work do not popularize in the West, lack of the professional systems and person to improve the welfare of the group。 This text selects the widowed elder man of the x village, WS County ,Gansu province for the research object，through some authentic case interview and observation method, as the on-hand literature research and some data for based, from the standpoints and values of the  geriatric social work starting, combined the four social adapted problems of the widowed elder man, for localized analysis and research, sum up experience, give advice ,assist the group disposing the social adapted problem commendably, improve the quality of their later years, boost the healthy aging and active aging, expand the aging services, reduce the other derivative social problems。
