摘要为了解社会进步的可持续发展的人。随着科学技术的进步和社会经济的发展，交通需求迅速增长。人们，尤其是在西方国家的人，充分享受舒适和方便的同时，旅行的汽车社会，也付出了沉重的代价。道路拥挤，交通事故，环境恶化，能源危机，威胁着人类的生存环境。人类社会的持续发展，必须提高自身的交通工具。道路交通可以利用高技术（如通信技术，控制技术，计算机技术，信息技术，课程）来缓解严重的交通问题，汽车带来的，其他的运输方式，如铁路，航空，航运和其他可以使用高技术，进一步发挥自身的优势，提高自己的服务，创造更有利的交通环境，为人类社会的可持续发展。显然，不仅实现了智能交通，智能和集成其他的整个交通运输系统的运输方式，提供更有效，更安全，污染少，综合运输服务具有巨大的吸引力，是我们解决交通问题的正确途径。23735

Abstract
People for the sustainable development of society progress in understanding. With the development of science and technology progress and social economy, transportation demand rapid growth. People, especially people in western countries, to fully enjoy the car society of the comfortable and convenient travel at the same time, also paid a heavy price. Road congestion, accidents, environmental degradation, energy crisis, threatening the human living environment. The human society to develop continuously, must improve their own means of transportation. 1 绪论
随着社会经济的发展，城市化、汽车的城市化的速度，造成能源浪费，交通拥挤，交通事故，环境污染，能源短缺和交通交通问题造成拥塞成为我市。为解决交通问题，传统的方法是道路，但随着道路的空间建设的经济发展是非常有限的，在城市化进程加快经济发展，汽车数量的不断增加，导致更多的人，车，道路的矛盾。在我国，由于人口过于密集，土地是非常稀缺的，缺少道路。随着公路交通运输的发展，交通拥挤，道路拥堵和交通事故的频繁发生，越来越多的严重困扰着中国各大城市。我国长期以来城市人均道路面积一直处于较低水平，加上汽车数量的急剧增加，导致最近，大城市的交通问题更为突出。道路网络是由现有的交通模式面临着严峻的挑战。
