摘 要:近年来,随着新兴网络媒体的发展,网络舆情在公共关系中所承担的角色越发重要。本文通过对地方餐饮企业在网络舆情下的公共关系处理进行研究后发现,在以微博微信等自媒体平台为主的新媒体行业所主导的网络舆情中,网络舆情已经对企业,特别是地方餐饮企业造成了巨大的挑战,存在着地方餐饮企业在网络舆情中对公共关系危机的认识不足问题,缺乏正确有效的回应机制,公共关系部门处理网络舆情问题手段单一老化,对网络舆情的法律问题缺乏有效认识。这就需要传统餐饮企业在新媒体及社交网络主导下的网络舆情时代,建立健全有效的网络舆情应对部门,建立健全有效的网络舆情应对机制,筹划突发情况下网络舆情的应对方案,建立完善的信息公开体制,透明及时的公开应对策略,将网络舆情对企业的负面影响降到最低,让餐饮企业在网络舆情所造成的公共关系危机中掌握主动权,提高地方性餐饮企业的公共关系处理能力。86449
