摘 要: 旅游屏蔽现象是基于旅游地之间的空间竞争关系而存在的一种客观现 象。明祖陵作为历史遗迹与古墓葬双重人文景观,在旅游发展上,却处于“盱 眙龙虾”和南京明孝陵的双重屏蔽之中,即如资金土地等方面的要素屏蔽、同 类与不同类旅游资源间竞争的资源屏蔽、便游条件和通达条件方面的条件屏 蔽、各类事故发生频率的事故屏蔽以及屏蔽区所处的空间地理位置的区位屏 蔽。根据明祖陵屏蔽度的测定,以及明祖陵的核心市场、基本市场和外围市场 情况,我认为应该把错位发展、形象叠加、区位合作等方法作为屏蔽客体的发 展方向。85501
