摘要:随着智能手机的普及和旅游业的发展,人们使用旅游App从事旅游活动已经越来越广泛。大学生是使用智能手机的重要群体之一,且拥有强烈的旅游动机。文章基于UTAUT理论和TTF理论的整合模型,研究大学生旅游App下载行为,分析影响大学生下载旅游App的因素,探究目前旅游App体验上的不足,提出符合大学生需求的旅游App的优化建议。结果表明,在众多影响因素中,旅游App的社会影响对于使用意愿的影响最大,即大学生受到周围人使用旅游App影响的程度,是影响其使用意愿的最主要原因。其他影响因素依次是大学生感受的旅游App的易用程度、便利程度和旅游App的任务/技术匹配程度。为此,文章对旅游App开发商提出了建议,分别是完善使用功能、突出分享功能、提供个性化服务和针对大学生需求设计旅游App。92156

Abstract: With the popularity of smart phones and the development of the tourism industry, the use of tourism App has been more and more widely engaged in tourism activities。 College students are one of the most important groups to use smart phones。 The integration model of UTAUT theory and TTF theory based on the study of college students tourism App download behavior, analysis of factors affecting college students' tourism download App。App on the current lack of tourism experience to explore and propose optimization meet the needs of college students tourism App。 The results show that in many influential factors,the social impact of tourism App influence is most important on the willingness to use tourism Apps。It means that college students will be affected by people around them,which the main reason for their willingness to use。 The other influencing factors are the degree of ease of use, convenience, and the matching degree of the App technology of tourist App。 To the end, the article puts forward some proposals for the tourism App developers,Refine practical function;Optimize the sharing function;。Provide personalized services;The construction should focus on the university students’ demand。
