摘 要:随着社会经济的迅速发展,人们的饮食习惯开始欧式化,西式餐点已经开始普遍化,商家顺应潮流开始大批加入面包甜点的市场中。本文以巴黎时光面包店为研究对象,通过分析巴黎时光面包店在淮安的市场营销现状,找出了其存在的问题:忽视消费者的个体需求,同质化严重;产品种类单一,品牌宣传力度不够;店内装修不符品牌定位,卫生状况较差;传递信息不及时,不重视与客户的双向沟通;销售渠道太少,信息渠道不完善;促销模式单一,开展活动没有新意,并对其提出了相应的解决对策,希望以此来帮助巴黎时光提高市场份额。92423

Abstract: As the rapid development of social economy, The habit of people’s eating intends to be western lifestyle, western-style food is becoming universal, many enterprises join in the market of western-style food。 In this paper, we study the Paris Time, identify problems and propose corresponding strategies by analyzing Paris Time market situation in market of Huai An。 We find out the following problems that the ignorance of customer personnel demand and homogeneity is serious, the category of product is singe and the advertisement of brand is not enough, company’s decoration doesn’t conform to brand and the environment of room is not clean, The transmission of information is not timely and ignore to communicate with customers, channel of sale is less and information channel is not good, promotion is single and activities have no new idea。,then, propose the corresponding solution measure。 I hope can help Paris Time to improve market share。
